JL-R type brine
JL-R series inhibiting ultra-low temperature thermal conductive media products are made of potash composite, deionized water, special resist package and fluorescent leak detector, which are non-corrosive to carbon steel, copper, stainless steel and other commonly used industrial metals, and have no chemical reaction to common industrial non-metallic media such as polyester, plastic, fiber, graphite. It is a general chemical, which has unique advantages such as non-flammable, non-explosive, high hot melt, low viscosity, non-toxic and environmental protection.
At present, industrial refrigerants are used to replace frozen brine (especially calcium chloride brine) with organic solvents in a large area, specifically, there are mainly methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and other categories, and the application of several low-carbon alcohol refrigerants and calcium chloride is shown in Table 1.
Comparison of the application of several low-carbon alcohol-based refrigerants and calcium chloride

No matter what kind of alcohols and salt water, in separate use, even if deionized water is used with refrigeration freeze, long-term application, it will produce strong corrosion on low carbon steel, stainless steel, metal copper, metal aluminum, metal zinc, etc.
