1.performance and use

PBTCA has low phosphorus content, due to its structural characteristics of phosphonic acid and carboxylic acid, so that it has good scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition performance, better than commonly used organic phosphonic acid, especially at high temperature scale inhibition performance is much better than commonly used organic phosphonic acid, can improve the solubility of zinc, good oxidation resistance to chlorine, good coordination. PBTCA is widely used in the compound of high efficiency corrosion and scale inhibitors, and has excellent performance. It is also an excellent stabilizer of zinc salt. Widely used in circulating cooling water system and oilfield water injection system corrosion and scale inhibition, especially suitable for use with zinc salt, copolymer, can be used in high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and need to operate under high concentration occasions, PBTCA can be used as a chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in the washing industry.

PBTCA is generally used in combination with zinc salts, copolymers, organophosphorus, azole and other water treatment agents. If used alone, the dosage is 5~15mg/L。

4、Packing and storage

PBTCA is packaged in plastic drums, 25Kg or 250Kg per barrel. Store indoors in a cool place. The storage period is twelve months.。

5、Safety protection

PBTCA is acidic, pay attention to labor protection during operation, should avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc., rinse with plenty of water after contact。
